Adobe Illustrator (AI). – EPS or PDF. – PDF EPS/AI.
Vector files created in Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw produce the best results for producing signs and graphics.They can be edited, sized, color can be changed and have no loss of resolution they are line art. We do not accept Quark, Word Perfect , CDR (Corel Draw) files.

▪Resolution Guidelines for Raster Files:
For interior signs where people will be viewing the graphics from a close distance or where the size of the display is not too large:
▪ Good Quality: 100-150dpi @ ACTUAL SIZE.
For exterior signs where people will be viewing the graphics from a great distance or where the size of the display is large:
▪ Good Quality: 50-150dpi at ACTUAL SIZE For any project:

PRINTING
WHAT TYPE OF FILES CAN I SEND?
We recommend saving as a .PDF You may also send the file in the following types: jpg, jpeg, psd, tif, tiff, eps, ai, and png. These files are easier to handle and will likely speed up your turn-around.
WHAT COLOR MODE I SHOULD USE?
All the files must be send in CMYK color mode. If you send a RGB file there is a chance that a color shift may occur and you may not be satisfied with your job.
WHAT RESOLUTION SHOULD BE MY FILE?
We only accept 300 dpi files and no less.. Low resolution files will be placed on hold until we receive new files, slowing your turnaround.
HOW TO SETUP BLEED ON MY FILE?
HOW CAN I GET RICH BLACK?
Rich black is an ink mixture of solid black, 100% K, with additional CMY ink values. This results in a darker tone than black ink alone. If you print black alone as 100% K, the resulting black may not be as dark as you might like.
We recommend using C 60 M 40 Y 40 K 100
This will give you a deep, dark, rich black.
